- Ewaz Vader by One Shot. Is it the fact that is was recorded in a studio (while Vendredi 13 was a live record)? I don’t know, but this album feels far less powerful compared to what I heard before;
- Labo by M. A few interesting sounds. It feels like leftovers but I won’t complain;
- Head like a hole by Nine Inch Nails. Not new at all and nice remixes of old songs;
- Giant Robot by Buckethead. Yet another Bucket album in my collection, but I like him. This one sounds a bit older and thin, but there are some great moments (what can I say? There’s a Star Wars cover, that’s enough!);
- Sleep is the Enemy by Danko Jones. Somewhat son of AC-DC and The Beastie Boys. Not really that serious. I thought it would be a bit harder but this is refreshing instead;
- 2000 Years of Human error by Godhead. I thought it would be interesting due to Manson’s influence but in fact it sounds too much like some bad Manson. Too bad;
- Title of the Record by Filter. Again, an old album, but really good songs on it anyway;
- Blues for the Red Sun by Kyuss. I was looking for something that sounded like. However, currently the main trouble I have with this album is that it is mixed really low and in my usual every-day music listening time (aka, my iPod on a walk or on the bus), I can’t hear anything.

You don’t mention that “2000 Years of Human error” also has a cover, “Eleanor Rigby”. Which is also the only reason why I bought the track on iTMS (I hate the beatles but I collect Eleanor Rigby covers – go figure).
