What do we have here:

  • Yanqui U.X.O., Godspeed you! Black emperor. Strange, slowly building up sounds, reaching a certain climax, I like it but not fully convinced by the mix, I don’t exactly know why.
  • Jeff, Jeff Beck. Maybe less experimental than Adrian Belew’s solo effort, so this may be the reason why I prefer this one.
  • Hooker ‘n Heat, Canned Head and John Lee Hooker. Plain blues/boogie straight from the 70’s. Just love that.
